I've seen the most useless people able to hold jobs. They are lazy and unmotivated. Maybe they just act like that around me, an incel? How'd they even get the job? I can't pass any interviews and missed good opportunities. A few people I talked to over here have excellent jobs. One guy worked at big 4, places where super outgoing people get rejected from. My mother has a friend who works at a big 4 for over a decade and makes 80k but they can't even solve a simply math problem and is a fat landwhale. I'm sure most employers do not value merit like we were told. I always do awful during interviews. Even unpaid intern programs rejected me.

Much of it is nepotism. I got a good gig for a while because of one friend I had. Otherwise, you need to have top percentile credentials, or the physical appearance and charisma to be a "good fit" with the company.
