Yes, they do, but i can easily tell by their faces, they only do it to make me feel uncomfortable and go away. They are not scared in making eye contacts with manlets in attempt to intimidate them, if you are tall and ugly, that's a different story.

I can walk past hundreds of women on the street or malls and not even one giving me eye contact. If you get eye contact from women you're not talking to, you do not belong here.
Everytime i try to make eye contact with a famoid they look at me back in disgust and avoid in me in 0.2 seconds.
