I feel my eyes don't strain so much when that amber yellowish filter covers my screen.

I started using one of those dentist glasses (blue light blocker) at 6PM until I go to bed, every day.

Stopped feeling that "burn" at night, since I use my PC the entire day

Yea, I only found out abt this in 2017, can't believe how much blue light has damaged my eyes

Blocking blue lights also help you sleep better, in theory. I've not seen much of a difference in this area though

I do, I also find that turning the blue light filter off when I have to get up before sunrise and shining it in my eyes helps me wake up a lot faster. Sounds funny but it works both ways.

Yes but most importantly on my 28" PC monitor since i use it more.
