Shitposting is funny, but I feel sorry when someone gets 3 replies on a well researched thread while 2 sentences get more attention than that.

It's more of an attention span. I know for me personally, I have ADHD. I can't read past three sentences no matter how hard I try. That's why I typically go off other comments and elaborate.

Yeah, or if it's a thread that doesn't have many responses like Eugenist I'd copy his post and break it down word by word. It takes about 30 minutes but if the poster puts a lot of thought and effort into it it's worth it.

You always bump good threads tbh so that when I come home and log in, it's the good threads that come up because you kept them alive. Appreciated

Believe it or not, I used to make high effort threads with [Blackpill] or [Serious] and got very few replies except "high IQ" like once or twice and maybe an elab. They didn't feel satisfying to make so I stopped I guess.

I agree, if I make a high IQ thread I have to bump it by constantly replying to every comment. While "its over" gets replies, life stories and essays.

Yeah, admittedly I’ve never made high IQ threads, but my old ones got few replies so I don’t bother making any threads now. I’d rather post high IQ responses to a post than make a high IQ thread tbh

And that's exactly I never post research here. Anything you say that lasts more than a paragraph get a TL;DR, so I just keep most of my thoughts to myself.

It's because I choose to let you all argue amongst yourselves and I observe how the overall flow of how you're all going about the argument.
I usually know what all of you are going to say anyway so it's no real gain whether I invest or not.

I tend ot ignore most "research" posts because alot of it is improperly done. I can only remember one experiment that was pretty well done but their documentation was nonexistant.
