Turns out my breathing was suboptimal but just didn't know it my entire life. I may be a mouthbreather in my sleep. I had bad posture, frequent headaches, my face looks deformed compared to my siblings, low maxilla, narrow palate, missing teeth, crooked teeth, I am shorter than my siblings, and had health issues. Doctors kept telling me I was "fine" and my blood work is normal.
Anyway, I went to this massage therapist (I am relatively rich so I can try rich people shit like this) who is this grandma (I can't ascend with her), who referred me to her dentist who apparently works with rich people. The dentist looked at my teeth and orthodontic work, and said my problem might just be my nose, and then slapped a breathing strip on me.
No one in my 15+ years of searching for answers for my physical pain has ever suggested it might be my nose or allergies. I immediately felt like I can breath better and deeper, and tried sleeping with it at night. I noticed my posture got better overnight, and I didn't wait up with tense muscles of a headache like usual. I was probably a mouthbreather at night all my life, which explains my lowmaxilla appearance and short stature and other health issues that my siblings don't have.
So there is a theory that mouthbreathing happens because of allergies or a compromised nasal area, or due to missing teeth - which also affects your nasal area. I could've had this dealt with if I was treated for allergies or given something to help with my breathing at night.
My appearance and posture is already changing. I went to an ENT (ear nose throat specialist) and turns out I have a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates, and if I get these fixed, it will help me way more than just a nasal strip and allergy sprays can. I am scared shitless about "empty nose syndrome" which can force people to commit suicide, but I am looking at my options.
Try the nasal strips and get breathepilled, it may not fix our inceldom but maybe it can help us in ways we didn't know
