I the same shit about "asexuals" years ago. "Asexual" forums are filled with sex-having normies who want to feel special using this label. Years ago I discovered that you won't find an actual Catholic on a "Catholic" Facebook group -- they're just regular normies who like to throw a feel-good phrase about God loving everyone every now and then. No one cares about doctrines and you'll get banned if you talk about controversial (from NPC perspective) things that the Catholic Church teaches. Similarly, there are no vegans on vegan groups. On Reddit it's so bad that you have r/vegan which has people encouraging others to eat meat because "it totally doesn't make you not-vegan; veganism is all about loving yourself and your feminine spirit or whatever bullshit, not about having moral principles against using animals", and then you have r/VeganForCircleJerkers and r/vegancirclejerk which are the actual vegan subs but they're a minority.
Having ANY conviction in 2020 is extremism. I bet saying strongly "raping children is bad" would get you labeled as an extremist and potential terrorist "yikes anti-child-rape is not about not raping children, it's about smashing capitalism which doesn't let us preserve our intellectual quality of being child-like, ackshually being anti-child-rape and raping children is perfectly ok and you should work on your hateful attitude".
