i feel this in old people mostly its like they can't chill for a minute

Apparently your time preference tends to get lower as you get older, at least up to about 25.

Who knows maybe it continues a bit.

So they will find it harder to focus on short-term pleasures like youtube or gaming or whatever... as they get kind of "addicted" to things that have a higher chance of long-term results.

I think either extreme is bad. It has to be some kind of balance, surely!

That's just the wageslave mentality, every moment possible must be spent being productive for their kike boss/shareholders or they're wasting time. I'm sure a lot are forced into it as well.
