I'm gonna get crucified for this but if we have nice guy chad vs bad boy chad (equal looks) and the woman had to pick one it would be nice guy chad. We also have to define nice and what bad boy means. If bad boy means straight up abusive then the answer is clearly nice guy. If bad boy means like some dark triad traits then it probably leans toward bad boy.
I think the biggest reason for why I say nice guy is that you see a lot of tiktoks from beckys talking about how they can't get chad to commit. Or how they get acts of loves from guys they arent attracted to but get no attention from chad. I don't think so, I've met women who came from good loving households and still picked abusive/bad men.
I think it's rooted in the misconception of "bad boys make their own rules", women are natural followers so they want to pick someone who can make "his own rules" when shit hits the fan. What they cannot understand is that in reality most people are powerless, regardless of the persona they put.
