do I always stay up late in night and sleep in daytime

when I donot have to work ， I usually stay up very late to surf Internet and sleep in daytime， I thinkthis is very unhealthy， do you guys live like this

I can't sleep at 10-10:30 because without fail I wake up a few hours later due to years of sleeping at 12-1.

Yeah thats my entire lifestyle but I would say I’m quite healthy
