The problem I see with that is the distance between the vagina and anus is greatest at their entrances.

To get where the wall thins requires going more deeply into the vagina and I'm not sure how long fingers would reach.

Especially if you think of the direction the fingers curve when the forearm is pronated and the wrist is flexing - it would be toward the anterior wall not the posterior wall.

So you couldn't really do a 'come hither' motion to move things along.

I think doing something like this would be more common with a curbed dildo since it is longer and could be better manipulated to milk the posterior wall from the deeper parts (near the cervix) where the rectum is nearer.
