Serious Do females ever grow up?

However, after having observed female behaviour closely I genuinely don't see much (if any) difference between 13 year old girl and a 23 year old female in terms of behaviour. So what's the deal?

Your thread is spot on with respect to critiquing adolescence, which is a modern notion that stunts growth rather than facilitates it.

The average 18 year old now has emotional maturity levels that used to be standard at 15 years old.

This dynamic is even more severe with incels, as has been mentioned in this thread. For example, I can say for sure that as a 23 year old I have the same levels of emotional maturity -- or lack thereof -- that I did at 12 years old (I stopped emotionally maturing after 6th grade).

Feminists/liberals are in favor of teenagers having sex ONLY if it is in the format of fornication with other teens who don't know any better and can't even support a family in the case pregnancy happens. They euphemistically call sex between teens "experimentation", which doesn't make any sense because it's real sex and it has all the same potential consequences of adult sex (pregnancy, STDs, etc). People who can generate a new life are adults biologically.

Manchild-ness is extremely common nowadays because modern life is full of dysfunction, and in the case of women, I don't think they ever reach a mental stage where something as crucial as which men will have sexual access to them can be made their choice. Children can't consent? Make it WOMEN can't; just look at the sexual choices of women to see how they don't know what's better for society or even better for themselves.

Here in my rural area, the social rules were completely different from now. Marriage and Love were two distinct concepts, and love was optionnal.
A proverb here said : "Once you'll be married, you'll learn to love your husband". Divorce was forbidden too, and contraceptive means were negligible and not appreciated by the Church. The women had to "honor their husband", which meant fuck him. It was not optionnal ; it was the concept of marital duty.
A man could even send his wife to court if he proved she didn't filled her marital duty with him. It was a crime.

Most humans don’t mature much in a single life time. I’m the same as I was at half my current age but it’s a high level.
Women are always on a low level and can’t grasp minds bigger than their own.
Age of consent should be 12.
Being gay should require a license of all partakers to not be severly illegal if it’s not outright illegal at all times.
Women shouldn’t pick their own sexual partners; it should be done by their fathers or men like myself.
