Do cops really shoot black men a lot more than they do white?

I read a study once that says that black men are perceived as being larger than they actually are by other races, especially by whites.

What about a short black man? About 5’3 - 5’5 150 pound range. How likely would he be to be shot more than 3 times by a cop if he charged with something threatening in his hand.
