It comes easy to them, it's almost natural. They just go out and about their day, and they go to the gym cause it's cool and fun for them. And they get gains easily, the process of lifting is easy for them.

Unlike us where it's stressful, always weighs on your mind, it's difficult to actually lift, and you don't see any progress despite years of effort and eating right and lifting right.

now u wont see me protecting muh gymgoERs pride but i think thats not enough (considering they are under 187cm 110kg)

but i have been hearing stories of gymcels being in the familiar situation , due to mentalceldom or autismceldom, or straight up not having a stable side-gimmick, who knows tbhngl....
