Random question, but if i e.g. store cola in the fridge for too long, does it lose its sparkling over time ? At least thats what it feels like when i store them in the fridge for too long

Depends on how long, and whether it's closed or not, as well as the type of container.

sparkling
they do but who says this? we call it carbonation around here

Even when you tightly close the bottle, you can't restore the original high pressure, nor can you remove the air that entered, so the CO2 continues to escape into the headspace until the drink is flat

Yes I sneak into your fridge at midnight and steal the sparkling in your drinks

It's why I never buy plastic, always cans, they taste better and last longer.

they always lose carbination on me if i put them in the fridge for too long, especially if already opened

e.g. sparkling water is a very common term

Its some fanta in a can that i put in the fridge, it was still closed and it feels like there is barely any sparkling left

Never thought about it tbh, I've left big bottles of pepsi in the fridge for weeks, forgot about, and then drank it eventually. It tasted good to me still.

As long as it's not past the expiry date, and the container is sealed I don't think it matters if you leave it in the fridge for a while.

If it's open, yes. Otherwise, no. You can buy attachments designed to preserve carbonation once the drink has been opened.

I think so

Just close the bottle tightly theory.

Pepsi lol nasty.

Well, Pepsi Max to be specific. What's wrong with it?
I dont like the taste, dont even see it around anymore lol. I never meet a Pepsi fan, your the first one besides my great grandma.

I prefer pepsi max to normal pepsi taste wise tbh
Interesting. I always assumed that people who drink no-sugar soft drinks just couldn't tell the difference, but you can taste a difference and actively prefer the no-sugar variant.
