Depending on who recorded the video it could be rose tinting it. However Russia is safer than the USA and blacks don't face much (open) negative discrimination, however they still face some, which is more than in Western countries where they actually face positive discrimination.

When I used to live in Kiev, in about 2015? I was walking home one night and saw someone on the ground getting their head kicked in by about four young guys, maybe 17-20. Not skinheads, they just looked normal. I ran over and said 'that's enough' and it was a nigger on the ground, with a Ukrainian girl standing to the side. They didn't touch the girl. She was probably a local prostitute and the nigger was probably from the US (I didn't talk to them so I don't know for sure). The kickers ran off when I came and that's when I saw it was a nigger, if I had known I wouldn't have intervened.
