Women of other races overwhelmingly prefer either White dudes or men of their own race. Even when it comes to other stats besides online dating like marriages, the most common interracial coupling in the USA doesn't involve Black people but it is instead White man with Hispanic woman, Hispanic man with White woman, and White man with Asian woman in that order. When it comes to other continents like South America or Asia, the JBW game and colorism is even more blatant.
