The pain is particularly vivid today, I can't do shit. I feel like all this is not real. I feel like I am gonna wake up and that the guy I see in the mirror isn't me.
Many times, I find myself staring at my PC screen (the desktop), my locked phone screen, or even just my keyboard for 5 to 10 minutes.
It may seem like nothing, but having my brain completely wrecked by hundreds of negative thoughts for 5 or 10 minutes, to the point where I can't process any more information and just end up staring at a static object, is brutal.
