The album is an abstract, harsh noise album called "The 150 Murderous Passions", by Nurse With Wound and Whitehouse. It's not really anything like death metal, but, it does exist on YouTube (uncensored, surprisingly).

However, you can find a lot of graphic album covers if you search Discogs for anything relating to Goregrind/Grindcore, there's a lot here: https://www.discogs.com/search/?style_exact=Goregrind&style_exact=Grindcore

Eh, listening to it right now, not particularly impressed tough. I thought it would be something in the spirit of Stalaggh but it doesn't seem to be the case.
