My face always looks distorted everytime I see it, everytime I come in contact with a mirror my reflection always looks different, a moment it's puffy then long then big. I can't take it anymore

Sometimes it's a mental thing. I have noticed that if I feel more like shit my reflection warps to look even worse. I guess depending on your mindset your mind will highlight different things.
