I would not call it a cope. Even if this is the "average", it does not matter. I will explain. It is basically really simple. No man wants to have a 5 inch penis or a 6 inch penis. As a matter of fact, if one would be able to choose from a set of penis sizes, let us say, between 2 inches to 9 inches, everyone would choose 9 inches. The so called "average" size is something, that nobody wants. The "average" size is not desirable. The so called "average" is small.
As for the part about pornography. I would have to say this. Pornography did not skewed everyone's expectations. As a matter of fact, it revealed what everyone actually wants. It revealed what is actually desirable. Although, it was always there. It is universal. Everyone knows what is desirable.

What is the mechanism behind of that? This must be understood. Why do all male donkeys have big penises? Why is there a unviersal size that is big? Why is not it the same for us? For breast size, most females have a good breast size or at least decent breast size. The more fitting comparison would be vaginal length. Because the vaginal length is universal. It is 9 inches. If we would turn females into men, all of them would have 9 inch penises. So, regardless what we compare, breast size or vaginal length, it just does not add up.
Also, does a female with small breast size influence her baby, causing a boy to get a small penis? There is no data to it. Perhaps people thought about it before, but nobody uttered those words in any "scientific field". It seems like, that nobody really wants to fix this. It seems like, it is by design.
The vagina size does vary if you take age into consideration. But that's kind of a dangerous idea to expand on. Let's just say big dicks are more suitable for impregnating old hags.
In general, it is an universal size. Even if we would be generous and subtract one inch from it just for the sake of it, it still would be 8 inches. If we go into the other direction and even add an inch, that is even more devastating. Regardless of what we would apply here, it still does not add up. The female anatomy does not correspond with the anatomy of most men. I really do not know why this is a dangerous idea to expand on. This is something we should expand on in order to understand why that is.
