Discussion regarding diet

Do you see a healthy diet as relevant to your well being? Last month I’ve made some significant strides in this. Stopped drinking soda, reduced tobacco intake. Started eating far healthier meals in general. I mostly noticed a significant change in the ups and downs of my mood. Feeling far more stable now and have more energy throughout the day. Also digestive issues are less prevelant.

I'm happiest when I'm pigging out. I've been pretty fit my entire life though (because I don't pig out often) but I spend way too much time thinking about food. It's one of the few available pleasures we have in life.
