Do you see a healthy diet as relevant to your well being? Last month I’ve made some significant strides in this. Stopped drinking soda, reduced tobacco intake. Started eating far healthier meals in general. I mostly noticed a significant change in the ups and downs of my mood. Feeling far more stable now and have more energy throughout the day. Also digestive issues are less prevelant.
