All raw
Thank youHope you enjoy
Wow, I’ve never heard of that before. Is it just raw milk or other liquids?Good stuff. 8/10
Just a tip: Don't drink milk with raw meat, it's not ideal, it will become harder to digest. It's ok to drink fermented milk with raw meat because it's pre-digested. Same with cream. Never eat cream with raw meat unless the cream is fermented.
You should always drink raw milk on it's own 1 hr before or after a meal, not with/during a meal.
It's any liquid really. Never drink regular water, it cannot be absorbed unless it's bound to other nutrients.Wow, I’ve never heard of that before. Is it just raw milk or other liquids?
Thanks for the information my friend. Bookmarked. May I ask, where did you get this info from? It's any liquid really. Never drink regular water, it cannot be absorbed unless it's bound to other nutrients.
Same with fruit. The only fruit you should eat with raw meat is pineapple because of it's bromelain enzyme, so it becomes easy to digest. Avocado is also ok to eat with raw meat. Preferably raw unsalted butter is the best fat source with raw meat but it can be hard to find so raw eggs are fine. You should eat more than just one raw egg though.
No problem. Read the books: We Want To Live and The Recipe For Living Without Disease. I think you can find them for free in PDF-format. Here are two links. Thanks for the information my friend. Bookmarked. May I ask, where did you get this info from?

Yea. I did but i can't really afford it. I can only eat like 60% raw right now due to my current financial situation. Thanks so much. Do you try and eat the best you can as well?
Yes, it's the closest I can get to raw in Australia, even though it's cold pressed. Is that a full-fat milk?
Same here. That meat I showed in the picture isn't organic or grass fed as I can't afford it, but it's a yearling fillet (young calf), so it's still good to eat raw. You can probably tell by the photo that the egg quality is bad as well judging from the yoke.Yea. I did but i can't really afford it. That's due to the Randle cycle, if I'm not mistaken?Just a tip: Don't drink milk with raw meat, it's not ideal, it will become harder to digest. It's ok to drink fermented milk with raw meat because it's pre-digested. Same with cream. Never eat cream with raw meat unless the cream is fermented.
