Sometimes I cope as fuck. I look on the evening, before I go take a shower, in the mirror. I sometimes think "damn, you don't even look that bad, just lookmaxx a bit, delete your alt here and you life will improve 180 degrees". Today I took a pic of me and I swear everything in my face looked like its not one the right place. My eyes look different in shape and not even on the same height, my nose is completely deformed (look older threads, my jawline is not there, I really look disabled.
My brain cope even with that thing that other people asked me if I had a disability when they don't even know me. My brain cope with this like "everyone will asked that and they just think your a bit crazy or something."
