Hugs are a bit of a kindness gesture in some places, I guess you could count my highschool teacher cause she was sad I was graduating although she offered a hug to every student in my class.

I've never hugged a non familial women before, but would you really consider a woman hugger a fakecel? That's a pretty common way for a man and woman to greet.
