When I was young I read "The Adventures Of TinTin" a famous book by Herge
It was quite popular back then, maybe people still know of it now but I read these books, it was in the series and there were places to stay at night that distant travellers would get in to sleep at; I realized a few weeks ago when I was in a Nepalese restaurant I really wanted to go to those places
They were smoking some weird stuff; idk what it's called lol and they slept in and were served with what was depicted as delicious food in these places
What I don't remember is whether or not they had escorts or hookers because the way the men were lying down and drunk and tired from smoking, it looked like it would be a perfect place for getting hookers too
This might be too farfetched; it's just some fancy homeless centre probably but if they have hookers and a place to spend the night like that, I'm definitely gonna sign up if I get the chance and I'll probably try going to Japan someday
