I was talking to a normie and it made me realize how fucked I am . I have bacially been a NEET for almost two years now just rotting in my bed doing nothing. Most of it stems from me being too socially anxious to go outside and just hating myself. So my question is will ssris nuke my inhibition.

alcohol doesn't work anymore, I have drank so much that it doesn't affect me anymore. Same goes for drugs my tolerance is just too high that the only shit left that would work are the junky drugs which I obviously won't do.

I do not recommend SSRIs, I was on them a while back and they made everything worse to the point where I wanted to kill people, ever since I stopped taking them I've been much better

SSRIs are a russian roulette, even similar SSRIs don't act the same for a person. Even generic vs brand names and different formulas matter. You dont know how you will respond to a pill, how long it will take for it to "work" and a lot of pills will make you feel worse before it gets better. It could work, but it might not. Also pills aren't going to fix the root issue or your real problems, and most people like us are depressed or socially anxious because we have an abnormal environment, with abnormal lives, with abnormal social treatment, and the depression and anxiety is the result of the negative external feedback we got from the outside. Pills aren't going to fix that, though it might help you cope or put up with it. Like giving a frog in a boiling water painkillers instead of taking the frog out of the water.

Pills are mostly useful if you're using it as a temporary crutch to reprogram or retrain you while you're making life changes or improving your station in life. Honestly plastic surgery, fixing your teeth, hitting the gym will be more useful than most pills.

Also, you could give MDMA and shrooms (not penis envies though) a shot, especially with an underground psychedelic therapist (most of them are already rule breaking types so they're less likely to be your typical corporatespeaking moralizer blue pillers though the psychedelic scene is still rife with hippies and SJW types). MDMA stopped my suicidal ideations for a few years, and I still get them sometimes but nowhere near as bad.
