yup almost all these surgeries boil down to coping around the fact their entire skull is shitty and underdeveloped, unless you actually have a large skull and a fucked up nose (which is usually never the case)

I have a fucked up nose but my orthodontist said he will refer me to an ENT to fix my nostrils idk if it will straighten my nose.
The guy legit just need a wrap around jaw surgery,submental area liposuction, neck training and boom, done an upper normie.
When the jaw/chin is small is makes the noe look hufe in comparison.
