No, every mouth has to be fed at sea and prostitutes don't really serve a primary function on a ship with limited space --- pirate ports (and really any type of commercial port) usually had lots of brothels and hookers in saloons and beer cellars who serviced the blueballed sailors who had been at sea for weeks or maybe months. The Amsterdam Redlight district is great historical example of this, Amsterdam was a port city on the scale and scope of Shanghai, Singapore and Shenzen back in its heyday.
