Those are rare instances of low inhib women/roasties that are having "fun" with their friends or women that believe you cant hear them saying "ewwww". They will be able to find enough courage if they see someone they really want and is not intimidated by him. For women to approach men you need to be atleast an 8, probably 9 or 10. Perhaps some rare instance lower but i would'nt bet on it, you would have to walk around for years as a 6 or 7 male and have a woman approach you. Thats one reason why men are the ones approaching and women not, its expected by males to do it since they are lower inhib.
