Yeah that's pretty much how I felt too. In some way it's a good thing that I fap 3 times a week because it helps me to deal with the pain of wasting my youth. When I was doing nofap I felt like I had to go out and start enjoying life to make up for the wasted years but I knew that wasn't possible.
