I don't think he ever explicitly claimed that the white race was being replaced by minorites. He spoke of racial superiority, and the danger of demographic changes, but I don't think immigration was as huge a problem for them as it is to us now.
He just said the victory of Jewry / Marxism would lead to human extinction.
I doubt anyone from his era could have foreseen Europe being as racially mixed as it is now.
