No, but the best you can do is to ignore it as much as possible, ignorance is bliss, never look at what others are doing as it affects you in no way unless you let it.

If I could do this. For example I have a neighbour who is 19 yo and he is good looking, has a car, a girlfriend and I envy him so much. Or I pass near couples and I get this toxic feeling. I hate this feeling, it takes the little joy I have in my life.
