So i did one yesterday and today at evenings.
Let me tell you, i did do a punch man work out about 3-4 years ago cant remmber the date, back then i could do it, may have done every push up correctly but i still did 100.
Fast forward to 2023 im not even doing 100, im doing 50 my plan was to do 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening. But i guess i havent been motivated enough to do it the morning. Let me tell doing this made me some what realize my body's condition, squats was the easiest, sit ups and push ups are hard, only at the end dis i sort of get an idea of how to perform a sit ups pushups yeaterday was easier, altgough hard, today i failed to do some pushups, what i mean by that is that if my body went down it slammed down. Not to mention i felt like giving up, not to mention the vibration i had yesterday while doing pusups. And i was taking breaks so i did not maintain a plank position.i still need to learn how to perform proper pushups.
