Brutal Diarrhea again

I had diarrhea when I was homeless, towards the end of October, and it seems like my diarrhoeas come back.

Symptoms are my stomach rumbling sometimes and me shitting a bit more.
A big symptom is my shit being all liquidy and gooey.

This is nothing serious, it should go away in a few days, but is a mild annoyance

Yeah, some days I sit on the toilet 4 or 5 times. At least. Every 1 to 2 hours or so.
