i quit that game too on 2 last missions before final boss because they started copy pasting same annoying ass boss i cba, later games are way better tho.

Now with skill based matchmaking you can be a top 3% Player, but every game will feel like you're a mediocre player because you get matched exclusively against other top 3% Players.

It's not their fault. Us oldcels grew up playing unforgiving platformers/beat em ups we had to finish in one go. A lot of them would be considered challenging now. Challenge can be fun tho, I did some handicap runs and no dmg/restrictive boss fights in games to relieve the itch of bygone era.

I got bored to death while playing DMC1 and couldn't finish it since they want you to roam around that stupid castle without any indicator where i'm supposed to go. DMC3 is much better and DMC2 is also crap. What a shit franchise with half of their games being crap.

The first one is still pretty good though. The second one is absolute trash

I've played a DMC-like called fear unlimited and the first boss was too hard cuz of bloated hp and is very fast
From what I've seen, DMC3 is generally agreed upon to be harder than 1, and I personally agree with that assessment. Though I'd say the challenge in DMC3 feels more fair, as the main boss in 1 is the camera itself

It was only on my second attempt, after dropping the game, that I started to have fun with the game and fighting the enemies and bosses properly
my dude dmc 3 is easyer then dmc 1 until you get until dante must die mode and plus you can also just play virgil
