My sister really likes this band.
Like the music, but don't think the actual people behind it are all that likeable or "based" in any way. Artists and entertainers are populists by nature and they will always side with the masses. They are like foids, taking cultures with potential for mass-marketability, removing the core that made these cultures into what they were and turning them into something that can be sold for profit.
Foids infiltrate male niche cultures to gain in the currencies of popularity and attention (and sometimes money). Artists do the same thing for the same reasons, just with money through sales being a bigger focus.
