Yes they are 9+. 9s are 0.01% or so of the population if 8s are around 5%.
Some of them approach 9.5 or above like prime Chico. But most of them are just solid 9s.

I want some evidence that sub 8 men are getting nothing. I want some studies, data, some numbers, anything concrete.
There are a million studies I can find that prove that women are not attracted to most men, that women only want to date above their looksmatch, that unattractive men get 0 sexual attention from females, but I have not seen a study or any data that proves sub 8 law.
You can say im coping, but without data or evidence, any claim is worthless. There is lots of data that disproves sub 8 law but none that proves it

Well then in not familiar with your particular version of sub 8 law, as the other users who Ive asked said that it meant sub 8 men get nothing. Obviously, there are many overlaps between sub 8 law and other versions of the blackpill, but the extremity of sub 8 law is not supported. While things like women not being attracted to most men are necessarily a part of sub 8 law, that doesnt mean that sub 8 law is supported because that is only one part of a broader range of claims it makes.
If a 6 or a 7 is not an incel then why is it called sub 8 law and not sub 6 law? Even under a supposed “sub 6 law”, that sub 6 men get nothing, there is still evidence to disprove that. Saying any “sub # law” is the way of the world is completely unsupported unless you add a bunch of exemptions and extra rules
