Removing these 2 toxic media from my phone has caused much relief for my daily life without getting suicidefuel from the daily lifestyles of coworkers and acquaintances. You can't envy what you dont't see . Nowadays I just use WhatsApp for work related matters.

All of that time and effort goes right into the trash when they ask me "What's your instagram account?" and i have to tell them i have none. In this exact moment, they instantly label me as an "antisocial" or "sperg" and my social credibility goes to 0. This little slip-up will cost you many opportunities in life, you'll fail to connect with normies and socially integrate in new environments, and that "antisocial incel sperg" label will also fuck up your life for good, since HR are overwhelmingly populated with normie women.

fuck i had the same experience so many times aswell. the moment u say " i dont have an iunstagram" they instantly lose respect for you and start treating you like trash. then when they ask you why you dont have an instagram account you try to act like you dont have enough time for social media since you have better things to do, but they exactly know why you didnt create an account because we are ugly losers with no friends and no lifes. fuck this cancer world.
