an Incel, is a heterosexual man who has never been in relationship/had consensual sex with a woman without having to pay for it despite
1. wanting to be in a relationship/have sex
2. making an effort to be in a relationship/have sex


I think the 2nd point is very important because there are a lot of fakecels who don't try for so long and then eventually do and immediately end up in a relationship and have consensual sex with a woman.
