I think purely from a biological standpoint penis size is correlated to prenatal testosterone levels and testosterone levels during childhood and teenage years, and black men tend to have a bit more testosterone than others. This also explains the stereotype of asian men having smaller penises, because they tend to have less testosterone. The differences aren't huge but they do exist.

But all in all I think these stereotypes are mostly cope. They may have some truth to them, but the differences in penis size are smaller than what most people think.

Believing self-reported data regarding penis size is stupid because men will for some reason lie their ass off, and black men have even more reasons to lie, because of the said stereotype. They have more pressure to lie, even in an anonymous study.

Here we go again with the so called "global average". This is also a span and not an average number. 12 cm is different than 14 cm. He is also most likely referring to the study of 2015, that is also faulty and also relies on self-reported data as well. This study also only used men who are smaller. They basically created a false narrative by collecting data specifically from men who are smaller. It is in the references.

I also go further beyond and claim, that the average is between 12 cm to 18 cm. This statement is not incorrect. Because the average is somewhere bewteen those numbers. Yet, if I would go around and ask men, what size they would want, the answer is clear.

A penis is considered "large" starting from 16–17 cm.

According to what? This is also once again a span and not an average number. 17 cm is larger than 16 cm. If one could choose between 16 cm or 17 cm, everyone would pick 17 cm.
