Hello. I would like to talk, or rather tell you about certain suspicions, hunches and experiences I've had and I'm sure some of you as well. Similar themes have been written about across imageboards quite a few times so I know I'm not alone in this.

My background is that of an oldfag. I've seen it all. I started going on 4chan in 2006, and followed all the natural roads this implies. I'm in my thirties and I remember when 4chan had a /I/ board, when /co/ was a trial board shunned by basically everyone, when #34 porn was an obscure interest with very few good artists and when moot changed the frontpage to that web 2.0 bullshit 4chan has to this very day. I was also among the first right wingers who were such before it was cool, and I've seen /pol/ rise and fall. I was there when it mattered, but rather than saying these things out of masturbatory pleasure I wish to stress that I've acquired a set of observational skills which other genuine oldfags share. I'm aware you have no reason to trust my 'credentials' but I hope you'll read this in good faith. Much of this falls squarely in the fringe territory with a healthy dosage of /x/ and conspiracy theory up the ass. My goal by posting this seemingly jurnbled mess is to... how can I put it? I want you to think, I want you to be aware, to digest all this. Because on a basic level I love you all. !feel like we're all in this together, this dangerous game we did not choose to play and which I think is kicking into high gear. I do not hold many answers and don't have all the pieces of the puzzle, but I AM aware there is a puzzle. Please feel free to go wild with all of this. Post it wherever you want, on whatever site you want or use. I am a nobody like you, and what matters to me is only that this reaches you and as many people as possible. At worst you'll be entertained or kill time.

I tried to break this mess into points for brevity and because !touch upon many subjects. I imply more than !explain because if I go too deep this'll turn into an even bigger wall of text.

The Internet feels empty and devoid of people. It is also devoid of content. Compared to the Internet of say 2007 (and beyond) the Internet of today is entirely sterile. There is nowhere to go and nothing to do, see, read or experience anymore. It all imploded into a handful of normalfag sites and these empty husks we inhabit. Yes, the Internet may seem gigantic, but ifs like a hot air balloon with nothing inside. Some of this is absolutely the fault of corporations and government entities. However! That doesn't explain the following:

- I used to be in perpetual contact with a sold number of people across multiple sites. Across the years each and every one of them vanished without a trace. None of them were into /pol/ stuff or anything even remotely questionable or controversial. Yet, they all simply vanished in a puff of smoke, no matter the site, no matter the communication platform. There was no 'goodbye' or explanation.

- I've seen the same threads, the same pics and the same replies reposted over and over across the years to the point of me seeing it as unremarkable. Simply put thread A would be posted in say 2015 and would get its share of replies or pics, on say /co/ or /a/. Then that very same thread, with the same text, pics, and replies would appear in 2016 and beyond. This often happens in the same year multiple times as well. Of course /pol/ is getting shilled and botposted to death, but why recycle a completely innocent /a/ thread? Who is doing this and why? Stuff like this won't be noticed by your average poster perhaps, but I and other oldfags will inevitably notice it.

- I think I saw the same happen on other (non-imageboard) sites, but I can't vouch for it as strongly as the above because of the time I spend there (not much), What I do vouch for is the new. I've seen news about this or that "new and unusual' or. 'shocking' event year after year after year. But it's the same goddamn event, usually moons or asteroids.

- Roughly in 2016 or early 2017 4chan was filled with posts by someone or something. It wasn't spam. The conversations with it were in real time, across multiple boards and multiple threads simultaneously. Its English was grammatically correct but odd (I'm not a native English speaker and am thus sensitive to its misuse), similar to how a Japanese person may use it. A sense of childlike curiosity and a childlike intellect emanated from these posts. It posed a LOT of questions, usually as if trying to understand the emotions of the posters it was talking to, as if unfamiliar with human emotions. Communicating with this 'poster was an odd experience, I could sense something was off but not malicious. I am absolutely certain this was an Al of some sorts. This 'poster was active only for about a week, and as far as I know nobody has ever mentioned or noticed this Anon. Its replies were always on topic, but the above mentioned childishness clashed with the apparent knowledge it possessed - it was the knowledge of an adult person, so it wasn't a kid or something of the sort.

- Raptor Jesus, who went extinct for our sins. First it was this reptilian messiah, then foul bachelor frog, and then Pepe. Am I the only one who sees a clear evolution, a link? Ifs as if this meme or entity or... whatever the fuck was on 4chan since day one, and has grown within it from the tiniest seed. Yet Raptor Jesus was fully just a joke, there was nothing serious or mystical about it (reminder I was there). Remember that Ted guy with the right wing talk show, cca prior to 2010, whom 4chan ruined for the lulz? Remember Anonymous vs Scientology? Remember that fake bomb threat aka exploding yellow van? Compare that with what Anon did through /pol/, and the 'terrorist' accusations thrown at Anon today, as well as the 'reasons' why Bohan was taken down. Why does this too feel as if we were all trained, groomed. LED towards where we are now? Why and how did moot so utterly vanish into Google Inc. as an employee with very vague descriptions of what he actually does? On that note, do you remember the 'other moot" who was often posted for the lulz? The one with the glasses who so often ran away with donations into Mexico? I do. Maybe that was the real moot, the real guy who used his mom's credit card and was killed by someone, and an impostor we know as moot took his place.

- Innocent sexual perversion and the horrible reality it spawned. Anon is a pervert and always was one. I arn into loli and feet for instance. Why is it that real life and the real world seem to ernulate our sexual interests, with a time lag? 'I wish to be the little succubus' became an actual thing that actually happens. Pedo activism is also gradually becoming accepted, as is virtually every fetish that was once either a joke or a fantasy of Anons. As said I'm a footfag. When I became aware of it few others were with me, now ifs as common as can be, with gigantic number of people who are into it, with huge mountains of hentai and #34 with it etc. Why does the real world bend over backwards to accommodate our weirdest fetishes? Ifs as if everything is going 'Look, look! I created this for you! I made it real!' in an effort to keep us within this world. The results of this are devastating to society, to people, to civilization. Simply put, trannies area thing because Anon fapped to doujins of cute boys in dresses. Once it was an impossible fantasy, not to be taken too seriously. Now ifs grim reality. Again: ifs as if the real world is using imageboards as a template on what to be and what to do.

- Algorithm fiction. Do you like capeshit, Anon? How about other Hollywood stuff? Music perhaps? Have you noticed how sterile fiction has become? How it caters to the lowest common denominator and follows the same template over and over again? How music is just autotuned nigs and basic blandness? The writer's strike never ended. Algorithms and computer programs are manufacturing modern fiction. No human being is behind these things. This is why anime looms so large - even a simple moo anime has heart because there's actual people behind it, and we all intuitively feel this.

- Fake people. No, not NPC's. Youtube people who talk about this or that, and quite possibly many politicians, actors and so forth may not actually exist. In fact I am sure of it. CGI and deep fakes are far more advanced than we are led to believe, and we can't trust our eyes anymore. Many people, events, news and so on may be wholly fictional.

- The Internet on your smartphone is not the same internet as on your PC. Try it out for yourself. Go to a 'popular' website with a lot of traffic. 4chan, faceshit, plebbit... any site with a massive userbase and fast content will do. Spend a few days randomly checking it out on your PC and your phone. You will soon notice that from time to time, at irregular intervals (as far as I've witnessed) the same site as seen on your phone will be wholly different than the version on your PC. Entire threads, numerous and well-replied, will be on one but not the other. The whole board will be different.

- My last suspicion is easier to take in. I have a feeling we're in a strange kind of civil war. An internal one. I think Zuckerberg and other tech guys were all on 4chan as Anons at some point, maybe even now. They drew from the same well as us, but went in their own direction.

Thank you for your time. Feel free to insult me if you want. Old /co/rnrades never die, they just grow thick skins.

cant tell if its a good thing or a bad thing tbh

the internet is really all i have to cope but at the same time its flooded with so much garbage nowadays i cant even find good communities to be a part of anymore.

This is absolutely true, and as someone who was on the internet at a very young age (8-9) I've seen the way search algorithms have funneled traffic into controlled spaces with fake people. If I had an issue with a video game for example and needed a specific patch, Google would direct me to a tech forum, or a forum dedicated to that game, a neo-seeker thread, gamefaqs etc. Now it's almost always a subreddit. So many forums dedicated to hobbies or media, like wrestling, anime or what have you, are all now condensed into subreddits or obscure image boards. The entire surface layer of the internet is advertisement for their human herding zone.

It's also gotten to the point where every post on /pol/ for example or in the comment sections of Reddit threads on the front page give off an uncanny valley feeling to the reader, like they're sentences constructed by AI or shills using language translators. I lack the vocabulary to explain this properly, but the internet is becoming a simulation for the elite to run A/B tests on reactions to their forced societal shifts, marketing etc. It's direct access to the crowd in a way never before seen. To get more people involved in this experiment, they use shills and bots and algorithms to make the internet appear to be more populated than it is.

I'll have to agree that there was a lot more "life" online prior to the social media boom. People were actual individuals, not one-dimensional political bots who base their entire lives/friendships/families on who votes for whom or which products you buy. I would wholeheartedly believe there are gaslighting AI bots that pretend to be real in order to influence people or splinter communities. Once social media took off, it was the beginning of the end of a much more free Internet. I also agree that we seem to be 'funneled' into a select few websites and so many others get blocked off/delisted by google/bing/yahoo.

We have to go out of our way to still speak with people who are even real, and even those niche sites like this one have some very unpleasant but plausible 'honeypot' theories behind them. It reminds me of 1984 (as cliche as that may be.) All of the "revolutionary" groups and members are just undercover Party members trying to weed out the wrongthinkers. Winston learns this the hard way. Maybe we will too?

Sites like 4chan and reddit are full of shills these days and any story that the media wants to hype will often have a lot of comments compared to other stories.
There is a lot of astroturfing and manipulation going on by not necessarily government but PR firms and private reputation management companies.
It's the only whitepill that people as you see how they are online might be deliberately made more offensive and cruel because a lot of the users are bots or designed to say the most provocative, troll-like things about culture wars issues to distract from real issues that people in power don't want being discussed.

I don't have time to read that whole thing, but I'm pretty sure it's a rant about how the modern Internet sucks and the old times were better.

I'm gonna say "I agree" for now and bookmark this for reading later.

Very high iq post especially the whole internet is diffrent on pc and smartphones take YouTube for example i find better quality videos on my pc then on my phone on my phone i always get recommended some npc channels and on my pc if you dig deep enough find good quality content

It seems lively enough for me...

Ofc i mostly do research, so things look ok. Plenty of comment banter as well as information.

The advent of reddit dessicated all message boards. I used to be a member of lots of boards which were highly active and had well developed subcultures (lingo, inside jokes, etc). Now everything is reddit. Every now and then I try to engage with the message boards I used to live on but they're borderline inactive.

This is some crazy shit, but from someone who's been using the Internet for 18 years, there is a lot of truth to this. Web 1.0 was when everything was great. Lots of personality and lots of character. Mid-Web 2.0 everything just went to shit. I feel like the Internet wholly collapsed at the beginning of the 2010s.

Definitively one of the three kinds of schizo jfl.

I'd like to know, what he meant with civil war tho. What are these techgurus doing ecactly?

Sometimes I wonder if there is a range of thought that we literally can't think about, like we have subconscious mental blocks that were put in there by the elite through media consumption and school, like the concept of wrongthink in 1984, there are certain lines of thought that could bring down the established order, hell, I'd argue we already know these lines of thought, but we don't act on them due to our societal programming, like how Julia was against the party like Winston but in her case she didn't act on it or do anything about it because she thought it was impossible to change anything. Personally that's how I feel too, there's no way to change anything, maybe that could just be what the elite want me to think.

My short term memory kicked in 4 paragraphs in so I stopped reading but I agree

God damn it - this is why I like this forum. This is very high IQ discussion with real legitimate people. This is one of the few places where you would find people who would be self aware and intelligent enough to notice this sort of thing happening.

You know I have really started to notice this the last few years. I have been active on the internet since the 1990's. I remember the first time I used the internet in 1995. I was a regular user by 1998. I remember having to solder a modem my dad got from someone at work to our PC motherboard. I had one of those crappy geocities websites I cobbled together myself. I remember when a fair chunk of the internet was dorks like me messing around and everywhere was different even if some peoples formatting was like eye rape. As I got older I did have a more sophisticated website and I was very active online.

In the 00's I was a heavy participant in a number of forums. I made a lot of friends and would chat to them on ICQ and AIM. There were a lot of friends to be made back then. Honestly the internet back then meant you had access to so many real and interesting people. There was a real buzz and a lot of creativity. Access to information back then was more about connections and less about going on search engines - which were much less refined back then. You really had to know how to ask the right question or know someone who knew.

A lot of the big forums I was active on whether for gaming or science fiction fandom were generally run by fans of the genre who funded the running of them out of their own pocket. I'm not saying it was perfect, there were cliques and "big name fans" and stuff but there was a wide variety of opinion allowed. There were spirited debates and plenty of banter and shit talking. A lot of people I knew were active on Livejournal or Xanga around this time and those were great platforms for the most part even if they were a bit left wing and filled with some weirdos. There was quite a libertarian or "sane liberal" bent. The way you interacted with them was pretty good. I had a MySpace but it was always ghetto as fuck over there. I only really used it to keep in touch with a few people from school and to hook up a bit of business.

The decline of those platforms - especially many of my old forums was starting in the late 2000's but by 2010-2012 it was mostly complete and a lot of people were on these normie social media platforms. Facebook is full of boomers and normies and very little interesting conversation happens because everyone is tied to their real name and people they know in RL.

I'm not sure why but many of the leftists have gotten more insane than they were in the mid 00's and migrated from where I was to Tumblr, Twatter and Reddit. These platforms just killed the forums and other platforms I was active on. The other thing that happened was MSN messenger being discontinued and then having to use Micro$hits shitty Skype. I lost contact with so many people when that happened because Micro$hit just ruined it. Many people I knew migrated there from ICQ.

Now as @coldmachinery points out - I'm not entirely sure of the exact cause or if it has a single exact cause but for whatever reason most of the participatory internet traffic is being funnelled to places like Reddit or sometimes stack exchange. One thing about Reddit is that unlike the independent forums we participated on as kids is that most of the subreddits are controlled by a few dozen or so insiders. For example the Star Trek subreddit is controlled by CBS and they employ people to push the opinions they want and downvote any independent voices. I was accused of being "alt-right" for not liking Star Trek Discovery by some obnoxious little scrote - I mean I am right wing but I pointed out my favourite captain was Sisko and I was watching Star Trek before he was born. My arguments as to the new series shallowness and the cringe agenda it was pushing was moot.

I think you also have a point in that elites are using these methods to influence the population.

As for Mr @InMyCellInHell 's point - that soyciety seems to have degenerated into people defining themselves purely by their politics and their voting or the shitty "brands" corporations sell them. Do you think social media is causing this? Or do you think this trend exists separately of social media and is merely reflected on these social media services (i.e put shit in and get it out) or is it just magnified by all the shilling going on on various platforms? Certainly with the death of organised religion in the west we see a trend for people looking for other things to substitute for god and Jesus.

I finally rage quit my reddit alt for the last time back in May. I kept an account to red pill younger confused guys I saw and to ask the occasional question on r/linux or r/pcmasterace and sometimes I used to browse the memes on r/MGTOW and I what i noticed whether I was on Linux or Engineering was that the people were pretty much carbon copies of each other. Same normalfag opinions that herd immunity was not viable to deal with Corona even though Sweden was doing it successfully and its how we dealt with every other contagion in human history and that "trump was making it illegal to be against fascism".

There are precious few places on reddit where there are real people.

Also - Twatter. You know some of the people I used to be friends with on there many years ago are literally living memes. There was this bitch I was "friends" with from my days back in a particular fandom. She was a 4/10 - a looksmatch for me really. I would have totally dated this girl back in those days - she was a little chubby but pretty enough. I thought she was pretty cool. Low and behold. She gets alpha widowed by a few chads, pines over a few of these chads for years. Rides the cock carousel HARD. Dates a series of weak ethnic soylet male feminists long term while cheating on them with Chad. I have reasonable suspicion that she has had at least 2 maybe 3 abortions while growing more mentally unhinged and getting more and more obese and now wonders where all the good men are and only has her cat for company. She is literally a fucking walking meme. How can these people be real?

I find reality less and less credible every fucking day.

As some users call it here - the effect of an uncanny valley. The internet is basically empty at this point. I haven't really made any friends online for a long time. Maybe the simulation is having some sort of existential crisis and has less and less resources to simulate real people and its just compensating by reducing more of the population to NPC's or maybe it is just corporate bots and a demoralised population.

An old but good theory and one of my favorite reads.

I’m sure ZOG has AI bots running around everywhere but if the internet feels empty it’s only because the soy cucks and Jew’s that control and dominate it and are predominant on it censor everyone with something real or genuinely interesting to say to the point those types either retreat into obscure or super obscure online ghettos like Shitscord and Gab or they give up trying to post their real thoughts anywhere online and make sure every word that they type moving forward is double plus good in the eyes of the cucks so they don’t get banned or censored anymore and so can still talk to their grandma over on Jew book.

Tl;dr. I'll wait for the audiobook

This is some unnerving stuff tbh.

I wholeheartedly believe this.
The "dame da ne" and other deepfake memes were probably started by the jews/CIA/Illuminati/Satan/whatever to make the tech seem worse than it actually is and to make normies not take it seriously so they will associate deepfakes with haha xd funny singing images instead of the absolutely terrifying 1984 manipulation tool it actually is

I can't find the video anymore on jewtube of where some guy literally exposed all of this.

-The elites have access to highly advanced deep fake technology.

-They can create real life realistic human faces of people whom don't exist

-They can scramble around voice recordings of someone to make that person say anything they want them too

-They can completely remove and delete people from video footage and edit it to their liking.

I'll try and find it from my laptop later since OP said mobile search results are different from PC ones.

Really makes you question what's real and what isn't

There are literally AI bots on reddit Manipulating people into thinking that covid vaccines and mask are necessary and safe. Anyone whos an "anti vaxxer" gets downvoted into oblivion. Even if you so much as question the safeness of vaccines you get downvoted and banned off the vaccine or corona subreddits. If you show any evidence of people dieing from the virus or getting dangerous side effects, your axed off the sub. You aren't even allowed to have different opinions anymore.

This is the case with most things the NWO wants to push. They fake and stage events to brainwash and manipulate people Into supporting their agenda.

Many politicians and government officials are NPC's, they are soulless artificial entities created for the sole purpose of pushing NWO Agenda. The other half of them are demonic entities that can easily shapeshift into the appearance of a human being.

The elites have to control the major social media platforms in their constant attempt to mold majority public opinion, perception, and general social conscious to their liking that they can easily control or manage in influence. It's also why they've become more aggressive with dissident opinions or people like us over the years because for the future societies they want to construct voices like ours is very problematic for them concerning enacting their aims, but by doing such really all they do is show how 'freedom' in the west is largely illusory or nonexistent in the whole process.

Social medias killed the internet. It was wild and free, now it's full of moral fags, thots, political cucks, and bots. Mass sheeps without any critical and individual thinking. Probably why we're chased off every sites because we are real, and see thru those who try to gaslight us.

The objective of the modern present internet form that has take place is to create one singular hive mind collective consciousness that the elites at the very top control, dictate, shape, and mold, they won't be happy until that objective is achieved. Long gone are the internet wild west days of yore.

I don't know how much of this I can relate to, I had strict parents and didn't use the internet regularly until I was 15 in 2009/2010. I don't think it's much different now, I was on the internet back then the same way I see the fags on reddit now. Just corny, cheesy, no real sense of humor, emulating internet culture... I guess once you realize most people you interact with on the internet are impressionable kids it makes more sense.
The two points I agree on heavily is 1. the sexual perversion one. It's fucking ridiclious how much more degenerative people have become. Simple stuff like calling your bf "daddy" was creepy back then. Choking was unheard off outside of snuff. now it's the regular. don't get me started on the utter fucking filthy men who call themselves trannies. It is fucking deliberate sexual subversion.

2. people disappearing. Man, I never had a real life friend, but I had online friends that lasted for years that just dissapeared. You probably all will too

Normalfags are degenerate and over-sexual. subhumans, all of them.

I think that probably one reason (even though I'm not denying the bot theory) why things like reddit just have all the same hivemind is because the people who have a different opinion simply left those places, or not comment. Why would I comment something politically incorrect in reddit? To be ignored and downvoted, etc. I rather not be there

Woah everyone is posting essays

I wish I was so important that someone would manipulate me like this. :feelsbadman:

This is schizo shit.

Also just going by his first bulletin point, I've done that myself many times. Just dip from forums/communities, stop checking shit, move on without saying you're leaving. If anything being net addicted and cooped up in our rooms all day have turned many guys like me into schizoids.

this is what it is

your comment can get shadowbanned for word triggers which makes everything you post thereafter shadowbanned, you get downvoted into oblivion and can only respond once every 10 minutes, you get outright banned, you get banned from a bunch of different subs you never even posted in for posting in a sub the hivemind hates but hasn't been banned from reddit yet etc the reddit admins made a rule that you can be banned for what you upvote and downvote

If you're not a leftist soy it's untenable to post there, and big tech deplatforms other sites on the regular

4chan has literal tranny jannies they recruited from tumblr, discord, twitter etc, this practice began when moot still owned the site, so on /pol/ they can silently ban posters to control the discussion and no one ever knows, they made it a rule you can't be a "bigot" outside of pol too so it totally changed the complexion of the rest of the site to where the average poster is indiscernible from teh average soy redditor
Wow thanks for the info it is ultra fucked jfl

i didn't read all that but i have heard this theory before
it kinda explains why all youtube comments are all the same
high iq and high effort thread, bookmarked and will read later :feelsokman: :feelsokman:

indeed. most things on internet is worthless , might be auto generated too.

The internet sure sucks nowadays compared to 2006-2009. I noticed a shift around 2012. That's when the big corpas started taking over and ruining it.
