True. You have a biological incentive to avoid romantic and sexual relations with close relatives, so this practice would rarely occur. I'd welcome the return of semi-arranged, interfamilial marriages. It's ultimately good for the daughters if their fathers help them choose what kind of relationships they are getting into. This used to be the norm in more conservative times.
