Women will look for:
-Physical attractiveness (facial symmetry, height, sharp jawline etc etc)
-Markers of success (social status, money)
-Personality (humor, intelligence etc)

People will say that women are far less shallow when it comes at picking partners.
But this isnt quite true.
Both personality and markers of success are based on genetic predispositions as well as the environment. A smart man is born smart, and through hard work, he is able to achieve total success. A less smart man, no matter how hard he tries, will always fail.

Hard work is only relevant if you are already genetically gifted.
