Yes, we capitalize nouns. As for verbs always being at the end of the sentence, that is not true. lol
 
But in some cases we even capitalize verbs. I can't really explain this in English.

I am a grammar retard. I've always learned languages by listening properly and learning what sounds correct and what doesn't.

It worked for me.
