I had a mental health assessment test to examine my anger issues. I got told that I should book myself in to be tested for autism because I show strong signs of being "on the spectrum"

I then drove for a while to calm down and ended up in some town full of boring, expensive stores (yet nothing was fancy) and was mogged by everyone because it was a uni town. Height and jawmogging everywhere.

I haven't been outside since...

Is this partly to do with losing your job?

I would outdoor/nature cope more if It was actually nice where I lived, but normies would ruin it.

Definitely, I'm usually a peace loving nigga of Jesus proportions. Something snapped that day and it's changed me.
