I've mainly stopped using due to depression, other copes, and got bored of seeing the same shit over and over.
I take the dog on hikes now. Found that to be relaxing. Vidya and food/drinking still good. As an oldcel, the rage starts to subside. The loneliness is still debilitating, but at least the rage has subsided.
