I wake up whenever when it's not class (studying on distance). I sleep between 10-12 hours every night, sometimes more depending on how stressful the previous day has been, have done so for years. If I sleep any less then that my brain does not work. First thing I do is put a dip in my mouth (The hit when waking up is the strongest), listen to music (I listen to music 90% of the time) and play mobile games for like an hour.
Then I get up, listen to music while I drink a bottle of 11% vol wine and a coffee while smooking a couple of ciggarettes, finish it all in about 30 minutes, I never eat breakfast or lunch. Then afterwards I feel the urgent need to rest so I repeat what I did beforehand & watch meaningless, dumb youtube videos for a couple of hours even do what I should actually be doing is get school tasks done since the loans is my only income source. Then afterwards I get up, have another bottle of wine and another cup of coffee, and afterwards back to bed. Too lazy to make food so at most I eat once a day. When the evening comes I go sit outside, listen to music while smoking and drinking another bottle. It usually lasts longer, maybe 1-2 hours. Anyway after that I just go back to bed and watch youtube, my attention span is currently so low I can't even put on a film.
