ultimately it's a matter of opinion but there are usually good indicators of it

if you get treated like a subhuman even in majority indian settings you're probably low percentile, but if you get treated like a normal human being there and then get treated like shit when white people enter the scene then your face might be normal looking and you're just facing racism. It somewhat begs the question because Indian women will still be discriminatory towards their own men, but generally speaking the hierarchies tend to recalibrate if the majority of people in a given setting are South Asian or at least ethnic. If you're from the US or the UK generally there will be ethnic enclaves such that you will be able to estimate what your true looks rating would be without racism
