In terms of responding to extreme threats, I would say there is a certain sort of chutzpah to good looking people where they are less likely to deflect to a deescalation strategy compared to incels (i.e. their fight response lasts much longer before the flight response kicks in). But once that fight response burns out, these motherfuckers tend to react very poorly

I once got threatened by this crazy strung out cartel member in a parking lot and my monkey brain didn't even plead with him, like the experience was terrifying but I knew he would see bargaining as a sign of weakness and so I kept my cool and de-escalated it. ime gl ppl with easy lives do not tend to keep their cool in the same way. being ugly is still hell but there are some silver linings to it
